It often happens that you have pages stored in your Internet browser favourites folder, and when you want to use them they don't work because the address has changed or disappeared. For these cases you need a program called AM-DeadLink.
AM-DeadLink is a simple and useful program to update your favourites folder. The program shows you a list of favourites addresses stored and tells you of those that are still active without you having to visit them one by one. Thus, once you know the active ones you can delete those that no longer work, easily.
AM-DeadLink works with Internet Explorer favourites, and can also check addresses in other browsers just by indicating the URL of the favourites file.
